Today in Food Technology we baked chocolate muffins. My group's chocolate muffins didn't turn out good but it was still a good experience and a good lesson learnt.
Here is the method we used to make the muffins:
Chocolate Muffin
Dry:
Step 1 - Half a cup of SR Flour.
Step 2 - One cup of sugar
Step 3 - One third of cocoa
Wet:
Step 4: Half a cup of oil
Step 5: Half a cup of milk
Step 5: Mix well and bake 180 degree for 15 mins

Hedgehogs
About 2 weeks ago my class and I made hedgehogs. We had to get into groups of 4 to make them. It was really fun and the hedgehogs were very yummy. A hedgehog slice is a dessert made with chocolate, biscuits, condensed milk and other things. I hope to make them again another day.
